These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Payment
All products must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card or PayPal. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and include VAT; prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 14 days.
Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 14 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore, if you have not received your order, please wait 14 days from the date of your order before contacting us.
If 14 days have passed then please contact us either by email on info@gowestphotography.live-website.com or

call 01622 859455/07719 545295 we will then be happy to help trace your lost or delayed order. We will always endeavour to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

 

Returning products
Faulty goods MUST BE returned within 14 days, please contact us either by email on info@gowestphotography.live-website.com or call 01622 859455/07719 545295. As soon as we receive the item(s) and they have been checked, we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

 

Complaints
Complaints must be made directly to Go West Schools Photography within 3 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to: info@gowestphotography.live-website.com

 

Credit Card information
Go West Photography does not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code.

 

Personal information
Go West Photography will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order.
